How to make a consumer complaint about a Delivery Courier?
If you have an ongoing dispute with a delivery courier, then you can submit your complaint to RetailADR for FREE!
You may have a problem or dispute with a delivery courier service, such as:
- The package you sent was damaged in transit
- The parcel you sent was lost
If this is the case, and you have already complained to the delivery courier service, use our consumer complaint form to get your complaint process started!

Delivery Courier Complaints
Before you file your complaint with us
Please note that to be eligible to make a complaint against a delivery courier service, you must have already complained to that courier company directly in writing and either:
- Received a Final Written Response (also known as a ‘Deadlock Letter’)
- Given the company 8 weeks to respond to your dispute
… You can only hand your complaint to RetailADR once at least 1 of these conditions is fulfilled.
RetailADR can only deal with unresolved complaints.
