How to complain about Footasylum?

You may have a problem/dispute with the goods/products you purchased from Footasylum, or services which you have found to be unsatisfactory.

Footasylum Complaints

Before making a complaint about Footasylum

Please note that to be eligible to make a complaint against Footasylum, you must have already complained to Footasylum directly in writing and either:

  • Received a Final Written Response (sometimes referred to as a ‘Deadlock Letter’)
  • Given Footasylum 8 weeks to respond to your dispute

… You can only submit your complaint to us once at least 1 of these conditions has been fulfilled.

RetailADR can only deal with unresolved complaints.

 

What Footasylum complaints can we deal with?

RetailADR can deal with most disputes between consumers and traders including disputes in relation to:

  • Faulty goods
  • Missing parts
  • Delivery
  • Customer service
  • Pricing
  • Misrepresentation
  • Product description

Please Note:

Use of the RetailADR scheme is FREE to consumers and can be submitted without the need for any independent advice or third-party representation.

If a trader has refused, ignored, or otherwise left you unsatisfied after you made a complaint to them, you can escalate matters for FREE with RetailADR.
